This Glass Museum is my 6th semester college project that focuses on creating a building made mostly of glass. The design has a big curved glass dome with a cool diamond pattern that lets in lots of natural light. The building looks really modern with its flowing curves mixed with straight geometric lines. Since it's a glass museum, I wanted the building itself to feel like a giant glass artwork. The transparent walls and curved roof make the inside bright and perfect for showing off glass art pieces. I designed walking paths around the building so people can see it from different angles and appreciate how the glass catches sunlight throughout the day. The whole idea was to make a museum that celebrates glass by actually being made of glass.
